Limited Believers Brew

Jürgen Klopp is leaving Liverpool FC. To mark his departure, the two breweries Carlsberg and Erdinger Weissbräu have brewed a celebratory beer. In a strictly limited edition: 491 bottles of 0.75 liters each, one bottle for every official match that Klopp has managed. You can't buy “Believers Brew”, it has to be bought at auction.

Doubters to Believers

The name Believers Brew is a reference to Klopp's first press conference, in which the manager promised to turn “doubters to believers”, a promise he undoubtedly fulfilled.

The eight percent strong beer is made from 50 percent Erdinger wheat malt and 50 percent Carlsberg Pilsner malt and red barley.

Proceeds for the LFC Foundation

From May 16, Believers Brew will be auctioned by Graham Budd auction house, with a starting bid of £5 per bottle. The auctions will end on May 30. All proceeds will go to the LFC Foundation, the official charity of Liverpool Football Club, which creates life-changing opportunities for severely disadvantaged communities at home and abroad.
